Myfitnesspal
I started using myfitnesspal.com. Between that and myfitbook, maybe I will finally lose something or realize I need to change my eating habits. I know its ok to have a cheat day, but I did horrible yesterday. So todays a new day! Off to the gym, then working till 8.
